OUTCRY ministers to both the spiritual and physical needs of the hard core street crowd. This part of our ministry works with the prostitues, pimps, dealers, gang bangers, drug addicts, and alcoholics, with face-to-face sidewalk evangelism. The Hard Core Ministry is confrontational and provides "Hard Core Bible" as the answer to the hard core crowd's self destructive behavior.
